Survey Rules

You are agreeing to these Survey Participant Rules. You agree to participate in a study (“Survey”) of the user experience of one or more of Aceable, Inc. (“Aceable”) products and/or services including consumer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors (“Survey Topic”).

You will spend approximately 60 minutes (or as amended) answering any questions from Aceable researchers in person and/or video interview and/or virtual chatroom. Responses to these questions, as well as other comments, suggestions, ideas, and suggestions provided to our researchers by you regarding the Survey Topic, our website or any other products and services (collectively, “Feedback”) will be owned by Aceable. You assign to Aceable all of your respective rights, title, and interest in such Feedback. You grant to Aceable an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use such Feedback. You acknowledge that you have received fair market compensation in return for granting Aceable these rights and that Aceable has the right to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any an all purposes without any type of additional compensation.

You agree that any proprietary or confidential information provided to you (“Confidential Information”) constitutes valuable proprietary information and trade secrets of Aceable.

These Survey Participant Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any suit to enforce these Survey Participant Rules shall be brought exclusively in Travis County, Texas.

If you do not agree to the Survey Participant Rules, do not participate in the Survey. Your participation in the Survey is your agreement to the above terms of the Survey Participant Rules.
